The winch is slightly off center so the worse stretch is diagonal from Rick's right wrist to left ankle. He's racked so tight he can't get the leverage to unbuckle his right wrist-cuff when his left hand is freed. Watching him struggle with no chance of success is so fun, we winch him even tighter.
